1. Controller and purpose

Neorun Tecnologia Ltda, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 6Z.TBF.05I/0001-09, is the controller of personal data processed through this site. The privacy contact channel is contato@neorun.io.

We process technical data required to deliver and protect the site. With your consent, we also use analytics data to understand how people use the content, measure interest in Neorun, and improve the experience.

2. Data and technologies used

The site stores essential preferences in your browser, including theme and your analytics cookie choice. These preferences are not used for advertising.

When you accept measurement, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. The current setup records page views, scrolling to 90% of a page, and interaction events for calls to action, navigation, the menu, language, and theme. We do not send custom parameters, User-ID, user-provided data, or advertising identifiers.

In its standard implementation, Google Analytics may process session statistics, approximate geolocation, and browser and device information. A random identifier is stored in a first-party cookie to distinguish users and sessions while consent is active.

The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection. Cloudflare may process technical connection data such as IP addresses, traffic routing data, and system configuration information to operate and protect the service.

3. Consent and your choice

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded before you accept. You can accept or reject analytics cookies through the banner and change your choice at any time through the “Cookies” button. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to essential site content.

When you withdraw consent, we stop new analytics measurement in that browser. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing performed before it, and you may request deletion in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cookies and retention

Google Analytics cookies are created only after you accept. They are configured to expire two months after the first visit and are not renewed on subsequent visits.

User-level and event-level data in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after two months. The user identifier retention period is not reset by new activity. This setting does not affect standard aggregated reports, which may remain available for as long as required for the purposes of this policy.

Essential preferences stored in the browser remain until you change them, clear the site's data, or uninstall the browser.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Google processes analytics data as our service provider. We have disabled optional account data sharing, Google Signals, and user-provided data collection; there are no integrations with Google Ads, Meta, or other advertising products.

Google and Cloudflare operate global infrastructure and may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we require processing to follow the applicable contracts and valid international transfer mechanisms under Brazilian law.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion of data processed with consent, withdrawal of consent, and other rights provided by applicable law.
